Warranty and repair

Do you have a part that needs to be replaced? Please contact us via info@stockingaid.com or +31 33-828 05 40. We have all parts in stock, so in many cases only a new part needs to be sent.

Warranty

The warranty period for the Steve + and Steve + easyON is 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period for the Steve Glide Dolphin and Steve Glide Clipper is 6 months from the date of purchase. We kindly ask you to keep your receipt.

Activate your warranty after purchase

Activate your warranty on the Steve + or Steve + easyON immediately after purchase, by filling out the warranty activation form.
